With over 35 years of combined experience in the Connecticut real estate industry, Broker/Owner Kelly Harvey has been licensed since 1992 and retired from the CT Department of Consumer protection after 12 years regulating the Connecticut real estate industry. Her son and co-owner, Joe Harvey brings state of the art marketing experience and innovative concepts to an ever changing housing market.
Office Manager, Taylor Dilley, brings over 12 years of managing experience to the team! Not only is Taylor extremely personable and incredibly organized, but she is tech-savvy which aligns well with Best Real Estate's cutting edge services. Taylor manages and supports our team of agents full time at our Southington office. She resides in Bristol with her husband Mark, son Bryson, and two dogs Lilly and Daisy.

Realtor, Nick Pizzoferrato attended Newington High School and graduated from Central Connecticut State University. Jackie has always had a passion for helping others. After returning to Connecticut from Florida where she went to school and lived for 9 years, she founded a Home Care Agency to serve the elderly in their own homes. In 2009, Jackie completed a real estate course to assist seniors with downsizing and then sold her Home Care agency in 2012. For the past 15 years, she has been a Realtor, aiding both buyers and sellers. In 2020, she established a division within her real estate business dedicated to helping first responders.
For 15 years, Jackie has been involved with BNI, serving as a support director and, for the last three years, as a Managing Director for the Western New England Region. She is passionate about helping individuals grow their businesses through referral networking, successfully expanding existing chapters, and initiating new ones. Her commitment is to always prioritize people, assisting them in pursuing their passions. Additionally, she has built a vast network to support her real estate clients with their various needs.
Jackie has been active in the CT PTA for 20 years, holding positions such as PTA President and VP at local schools, and fulfilling the role of Secretary/Treasurer for the PTA Council. She is also a board member of the local Health District and volunteers for numerous local non-profits, maintaining a strong presence in her community.

Married to Gary for 29 years, Jackie is the mother of three: Alexandria, 28, Jason, 25, and Katelyn, 22. They live in North Haven, CT.

I began my career at the age of 19 at a local law firm, where I spent 13 years, ultimately advancing to the role of Legal Compliance Manager. However, having spent 13 years within the same industry, it started to take a toll on me. I realized it was time for a change. Having always had a passion for real estate, I made the decision to follow my heart and transition into the real estate industry, where I could pursue my true interests and potentially make a meaningful impact.
My real estate career started when I took on the role of Real Estate Paralegal at a reputable attorney's office in Rocky Hill CT, where I was able to expand my knowledge and discovered a true passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate transactions. Working in this role, I realized that the most effective way to assist buyers and sellers in navigating the real estate process was to become an agent myself. This realization inspired me to obtain my real estate license.
During my time as a real estate paralegal and agent, I had the opportunity to connect with real estate investors through referrals and networking events. With a solid understanding of the investment space, I seized the opportunity to transition into the lending side of the industry when a position became available. This move led me to my current role as the Director of Operations at New Silver, a hard money lender specializing in non-owner-occupied investment properties, including Fix & Flip, Ground-Up Construction, and Rent Loans (DSCR).
In my current role, I play a pivotal role in managing the Loan Originations team while overseeing all processes and asset management. This includes working closely with investors to structure deals that maximize potential returns and ensure successful exits.
In addition to my work with investors, I remain fully committed to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, providing them with the guidance and expertise needed to get the results they want.
My diverse experience in both legal and real estate sectors allows me to offer a unique perspective and expertise in navigating the complexities of all real estate transactions.

Before stepping into real estate, I built a nearly 20-year career as an outside propane sales consultant. During that time, I assisted both residential and commercial clients with propane tank and heating appliance installations in existing and new construction homes and buildings. This experience honed my skills in client relationships and construction processes, key strengths that I carry into my real estate practice.
