Administrator and Office Manager, Taylor Dilley, brings over 15 years of managing experience to the team! Not only is Taylor extremely personable and incredibly organized, but she is tech-savvy which aligns well with Best Real Estate's cutting edge services. Taylor manages and supports our team of agents full time at our Southington office. She resides in Plainville with her husband Mark, sons Bryson and Maverick, and two dogs Lilly and Daisy.

Jackie St. Peter: Realtor
Jackie has always had a passion for helping others. After returning to Connecticut following nine years in Florida, she founded a home care agency serving seniors in their own homes. Her desire to further assist seniors led her to real estate, and for the past 15 years, she has helped buyers and sellers navigate their real estate journeys. In 2020, she also established a division of her business dedicated to serving first responders.
Jackie has been involved with BNI for 15 years and currently serves as a Managing Director for the Western New England Region, helping professionals grow their businesses through referral networking. She is also deeply involved in her community, with 20 years of service in the CT PTA, a position on her local Health District board, and volunteer work with numerous nonprofit organizations.

As a Wolcott resident for over 50 years, I bring extensive knowledge of Central and Western Connecticut and a true understanding of the communities I serve.
Before entering real estate, I spent nearly 20 years as an outside propane sales consultant, working with residential and commercial clients on existing properties and new construction. That experience strengthened my knowledge of construction, client relationships, and customer service—all skills I bring to every real estate transaction. My career began at the age of 19 at a local law firm, where I spent 13 years and advanced to the role of Legal Compliance Manager. With a long-standing passion for real estate, I eventually decided to make a career change and pursue an industry where I could make a meaningful impact.
I transitioned into real estate as a Real Estate Paralegal, gaining valuable experience helping clients navigate complex transactions before earning my real estate license. Through referrals and networking, I also became involved in real estate investing and lending, which led to my current role as Director of Operations at New Silver, a hard money lender specializing in investment properties. In this role, I oversee loan originations, processes, and asset management while working closely with investors to structure successful deals.
Today, I bring my diverse background in legal compliance, real estate transactions, investing, and lending to every client I serve. Whether working with investors, buyers, or sellers, I am committed to providing the knowledge, guidance, and expertise needed to help my clients achieve their real estate goals.
